These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and top7777 ("top7777," "we," "us," or "the Company") governing your access to and use of the top7777 online gaming platform, accessible at top7777.co and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and software applications (collectively, the "Platform").

You must promptly update your account information whenever it changes.

One Account Per Person. You may only hold one active account with top7777 at any time. Registering or attempting to register multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing top7777 employees or other players through any communication channel;
• Placing bets on behalf of excluded players or third parties.

top7777's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

top7777 shall not be liable for failures or delays resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, network outages, payment provider failures, government actions, or PAGCOR directives.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.

Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent in-Platform notification, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute between you and top7777 shall first be submitted to top7777's customer support team for attempted informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the relevant regulatory authority or to a Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved informally.
